@Sam Hain. Love the posters, but don't like it when they are not framed. Too each there own though.

I finally got my Solemente Nero 2F framed. 100 x 140 cm (40" by 55"). It is pretty big :-)

View from my listening/viewing position in the living room. I am thinking of moving the Jaws somewhere else and hanging three giallo fotobusta's in stead. Those would fill up the wall nicely.

Thanks. It is an original from 1978. A couple of years ago my girlfriend didn't really want me to hang a dead and naked girl above the tv. But a while ago she actually thought this would fit right in with the rest. As it does :-)

It certainly does, I may have my work cut out getting dead naked anime girls on the wall though ;D.

It does help that she has her own living room...

@Blue: love the idea of swapping those 1 sheets every year!

Sam Hain Music, Bez & blue15 good stuff up on those walls! I also like the idea of swapping out...good potential for seasonal themed posters.

Not sure where else to post this. But found this while searching for locandine.

That's awesome @bez!

I have some posters I recently hung, maybe I'll do a poster tour of my home. I have many, many prints hung. Then you will all see how much a Ninja Turtle nerd I am too....

Stout's style is hit or miss for me but this one is quite nice.

Well I threatened to do this so here we go. First up is three pieces hanging in my living room.

Image
I can't remember who did this piece but it's modeled after my favorite era of the TMNT comic, with Laird still providing rough layouts and Jim Lawson doing the drawing and inking. 18x24

Image
This piece I commissioned directly from Jim Lawson about 7 years ago. It was a single character inked, I asked for Raph in the aftermath of a Foot fight. Jim went above and beyond, did an entire background, actually showed the Foot dead with blood on them and Raph just looking around. I fucking love this so much and I couldn't believe Jim went through all the extra effort for nothing to create this wonderful piece for me. 8.5x11

Image
Another commission from Jim Lawson, this one means the world to me. My wife got this for me a few years ago as a surprise. If you haven't picked up on it, I am a huge turtle fan. I've been one since I first saw the cartoon in '89, I had so many of the toys but when I discovered the comics it blew my mind they have just been a big part of my life ever since. As a child, Michelango was my favorite both for his goofy playful personality but also because my name is Mike. My wife asked Jim to draw Mikey playing with a black cat, which is my cat Beast (Blood Feast). Jim once again went above and beyond and did an entire background to go with the character sketch. So even when my listening buddy is gone I'll always have this piece to remind of him. 8.5x11

More coming soon...

@inks - Very nice collection! I am impressed that you have original art from Jim Lawson on your walls. Turtle power!

Who would live in such a decrepit shantytown? Only fishwives and their old codgers.

Loving those TMNT drawings! I definitely understand the appeal of that style. And love the black and white.

Here is the rest of my living room.

Image
Bernie Wrightson print. Always thought this one was quite beautiful. Love Wrightson's work. Screen print 24x36

Image
More Turtles, based on the 2012 Nikelodeon version. Screen print. 18x24

Image
This is one I bought my brother the Raph version and myself the Mikey as it was a deal through the artist. Giclee print 18x24

Image
Image
Image
Image
These four all hang above my record player and the stand it sits on. They are prints of sketches done by the creator of the 2012 series, Ciro Nieli. He has done a few more since then but I missed them because they were incredibly small runs, he did Casey Jones, Metalhead and a Universal Monsters/TMNT mash up one. I check ebay once in a while and they do pop up but usually for $100 which I don't want to pay. Screen Printed 12x18

Tomorrow will be my record/woodstove/cat room....

Next up...my record/wood stove/cat room

Image
Tim Doyle. I love Adventure Time and this is a great somber piece depicting Finn & Jake's home. I bought this for my wife as she equally loves AT. 16x20

Image
Godmachine. Dark Crystal. This was bought to replace my original poster that my wife accidentally ruined. It was more my fault than anything I was storing it in a bad place and it ended up getting torn and crumbled. This a nice replacement though. I also have a Hellboy print from Godmachine as well but that's currently not being hung. 18x24

Image
Slugs repro poster. My wife loves this film so much so I bought her this poster a few years ago, not pictured is the VHS right below it and the original novel as well. 24x36

Image
What home isn't complete with out a little Lynch?

Image
Tim Doyle. EXTERMINATE! Weird fucking size that doesn't fit in a frame right but it's close here, it slid down because I didn't set correctly.

This weekend I'll share my kitchen. I'm no where near done. I still have the hallway upstairs, my office and my wifes office

I'm enjoying this tour, Inks. And I really like that Eraserhead poster. Cool idea.
