Those aren't Gargoyles - a Gargoyle has a water spout in its mouth as they're part of the guttering, spitting water away from the side of the church/cathedral/etc walls to avoid erosion*. What you have there are Grotesques

*a quick rummage around the internet to make sure I had my facts straight reveals that the building of Gargoyles in the UK has been banned since the 18th century as although they stopped the brickwork from being eroded, the rainwater eroded their own bases instead so they had a tendency to fall off and kill people
