I'm always a bit weird with regard to indiegogo's "flexible funding" though - which basically means that if the target's not hit, then the money is paid to whoever asks for it anyway without the requirement to do anything with it - especially with such a high amount requested in such a short period of time (although igg do tend to extend timescales arbitrarily if their % looks like it might be big enough). If it only makes $20,000 in 32 days, then will the thing get made anyway? And if it does get made anyway for much less, then why ask for so much in the first place?
