STBC FILM CLUB No. 16: THE FOG (1980) Sync & Chat

“Eleven fifty-five, almost midnight. Enough time for one more story. One more story before twelve, just to keep us warm. In five minutes, it will be the 21st of April. One hundred years ago on the 21st of April, out in the waters around Spivey Point, a small clipper ship drew toward land. Suddenly, out of the night, the fog rolled in. For a moment, they could see nothing, not a foot in front of them....”

So - bit of a long shot, but yes, tomorrow 21st April is Antonio Bay's 140th anniversary.

Does anybody fancy an impromptu sync screening?

I'm going to go ahead and just say that I'm definitely watching it anyway, tomorrow evening UK time. If anybody is into it, drop your 'Aye' below and we will see what's what!

THE FOG - Sync Screening & Chat

Tuesday April 21st

11.55pm GMT
6.55pm EST
3.55pm PST

If there's anyone out there, I have the AVCO logo paused on screen - hitting play at 5 to the hour :)

I always have loved the beautiful clean images that Dean Cundey and Carpenter made. The outside darkness always rings true to me
