What a great time for another STBC Film Club. This time we'll try Netflix Party. It's a chrome extension that works as a chat side bar while watching. https://www.netflixparty.com/ Only dicey thing is some titles aren't available on both sides of the pond. So lets throw out some suggestions and we can check our respective availability.

Here's my first shot at a list, some of these have remakes coming or OSTs being released soon. Let me know if these are desirable and available in UK/Euro.

- Candyman
- The Wicker Man
- Event Horizon
- The Eyes of My Mother
- Green Room

Then I say we scrap this new tech and go back to the way we’ve always done it. That way Ink can join too. Thoughts?

I have all of those films except The Wicker Man (I accidentally deleted it a few years ago when reorganizing a movie folder)

Great list, I haven't seen Green Room yet, but second top pick is a revisit of Candyman.

I own the top 3, so could join for any of those, and can look into the others if needed.

Haven't seen Candyman in a looooong time.
Haven't seen Candym...

Probably don't count on me - but if I have a chance I would love to join and watch Candyman or Green Room. I have not yet seen the latter.

Folks seem to be congregating around Green Room or Candyman. So far we have these commitments:

deaf
ink
scoj
jimmy
chief
bez (maybe)

Weekend or week day? Or does that even fucking matter anymore?

Ditto, I'm working standard PDT office hours, evenings are okay but weekends would be better.

Shall we say weekend then? Maybe if this one is too soon, next weekend?

I'm down to clown.

Sounds good. I'll figure out all this world clock nonsense and send around some potential times for next weekend.

Skol!
