Dang it - I've spent ages trying to figure out a way to embed a UK clock in a post to facilitate the sync'ing later on, but doesn't look like it's possible - unless some web wizard (looking at you @monsterworship!) knows how??

Otherwise, best I can do is offer a link which you can open up in another tab and use for getting that sync spot on
