Anchor Bay just put out what looks like a definitive version of this on Blu ray (not sure about whether it works region-wise for us Brits).

Sweet! will hopefully be syncing. Totally in the dark with this movie, so really looking forward to it. Is this still available on youtube? I have a feeling it's on either netflix or amazon instant video in the UK, or at least it was.

It's a genuinely creepy and unsettling film...a genre classic, imo.

Just downed a gingerbread latte at Costa, Christmas songs on the car stereo.... ready for a dose of STBC approved Black Christmas in my life tonight!

Could be a coincidence, I guess, but even still I'd have thought it would've come up in interviews.

The stalker-cam POV is reminding me a little of the Evil Dead cabin in the forest shots... though years before Raimi & Co...

@spun I've always thought of Halloween when I see the POV opening, but it's more obvious with it being themed around a season. I wonder if it had been used to such great effect prior to Black Christmas.
