What synths did Fabio use on this score?

Maggot scene = very similar to scenes in both Argento's Suspiria and Creepers. Discuss.

@Disco + chiefbrody

Fabio says the 'missing theme' from City of the Living Dead that Fulci cut is on the Frizzi 2 Fulci Union Chapel CD... think we have also been promised a vinyl version from DeathWaltz for yonks now?

Drill scene cool. Reminds me of the saw scene in Absurd.

Excellent @spun, thanks for asking.

So what exactly was the point of the maggot scene? Seems entirely inconsequential.

Why didn't we have a blood in the milk splatter for the vinyl!

Speaking of which, I only saw the subscriber vinyl of this yesterday - amazing effect - better than red/white, I'd say :-)

Me: Another Q from STBC: What synths did Fabio use on this score?

Fabio: Many for sure, Maurizio Guarini played the keyboards, Fabio Pignatelli the bass, Agostino Marangolo drums. Anyway I think lots of Yamaha synths...it was the period of the new generation synths of yamaha

@spun, absolutely, could easily have been mistaken for/fitted into Zombi 2

The 'brain out of the back of the head' shot was much favoured for this film it seems.

If atmosphere is (arguably) THE most important thing to get right in a horror film.....man, does Fulci consistently get it right!
