Hey guys. My daughter has asked for a cassette walkman for her b-day and I was wondering if anyone here has anything up for grabs. it's doesn't have to be anything crazy, as long as it's in good working order. :)

Let me know what ya got before I have to resort to ebay. I hate buying used gear on there. Seems like it's always a crapshoot regardless of the descriptions.

Fingers crossed you‘ll find one via a trusted source. As mentioned the other day in the ‚Now playing‘ thread it was quite a journey to find a wm for myself, as you say, eBay is pretty risky, sellers either have no clue or just make things up.

We bought our daughters a 'My first Sony' casette player clone and they are as happy as can be (ok, they are 4 and 5) but I thought there will be enough opportunities to 'upgrade' over time if they keep being interested in analogue music reproduction...
