Moderated User Registration

It would be better to have moderated user registration because a user seems to be spamming on the board, all posts of PhildRent is spam.

There's this guy constantly spamming the board: WALTERCYPE and as a mod I cannot ban users :/

you would have to verify the email address after the fact, but there isn't any way to combat spam other than just turn off registration again.

i deleted him. it says the moderators have full moderator control including banning. but i'll add it to the growing list of things.

I deleted a thread started by him last night too. Good to hear he's banned now.
