Hi everyone,
I've been digging the music people have posted and thought I'd share one of my projects that I thought some of you might appreciate. It's ambient, sometimes quite dark, imagined for a unmade film narrative. Have a listen:

Scott, thanks - really liked this. You have a kind of Reznor/Atticus Ross thing going (if you'll forgive the lazy comparison sorry), but also very meditative and trippy.....I dig it. Please keep us posted of further adventures in dark ambience!

It was friggin crazy br0. Ive done that stuff several times before, but nothing could have prepared me for this last trip i took. The other times I saw a different world, but this time i was thrown into that world and i couldnt escape for a solid 20 min.

While I was peaking I told my best friend i would NEVER do this EVER again.

It was awesome though and Im pretty eager to go exploring that realm again sometime soon.

Thanks everyone! Machine elves may have had a hand in making Chronos6. I can't be sure I ever left the first DMT trip I started in 1999.

Here's the newest album which is ambient music rooted in prepared piano minimalism:

Gone are most of the analog synths but I still spent countless hours perfecting the resonant vibration of a specific piano string. It's a pretty different approach, so the machine elves may have been in a liminal state of metaconsciousness or having a slowmotion shiver of existential angst. Who knows? Still very cinematic. More silent Brothers Quay style animation though.
