This is a 7" 45 rpm vinyl record. Original sleeve as it has "PRI Record Pressing Wyandanch, N.Y." imprinted on the bottom left corner of both sides! PRI did Traq Records' manufacturing for this title.
This disc was a promotional giveaway.

From the occult horror film written and directed by John Russo.
