i live in the US and was not aware that Death Waltz would not be able to ship here based on Mondo having publishing rights in the States. if anyone picks up an extra copy and is willing to send it my way, that would be incredibly gracious of you. i could pay immediately via Paypal. i would take ANY of the one of the three releases. please let me know if anyone is able to help out!
