The World of Hans Zimmer - A New Dimension - USA Tour 2025

I am going to check this out with my daughter in Portland in October. I know he will not be attending this tour, but I'm up for hearing the suites performed live with an orchestra. Anybody catch the big Z at any of the live shows earlier this year? I have to give the man some credit for finally getting my kid into film music. As much gentle prodding toward orchestral or composers as I attempted, nothing seemed to generate much interest with her.... but damn if it wasn't Zimmer's Interstellar that finally broke through... I recently found her watching the film every few months and she randomly says to me, "The soundtrack is amazing. It's my favorite. I think Hans Zimmer is my favorite composer". I'm like WTF o_O awesome.

Hans Zimmer is launching a new 2025 North American tour set to begin this fall.
Titled “The World of Hans Zimmer – A New Dimension,” the 24-date arena trek will feature a full orchestra performing new arrangements of Zimmer’s film scores, all synchronized with clips from those films. Unlike prior tours, Zimmer will not be performing live on stage for this outing; however, he serves as the show’s curator, producer, and musical director. Instead, Zimmer’s frequent collaborator Matt Dunkley will perform each evening. Zimmer previously took his bold new show on a European tour last year, and will be bringing it to North America for the first time this fall.
Tickets for “The World of Hans Zimmer – A New Dimension” will be available first via a special TikTok pre-sale kicking off on Wednesday, April 30th at 12:00 p.m. EST; fans can follow Zimmer on TikTok to gain pre-sale access to their desired show date(s). Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 2nd at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
It’s only April, but it’s been a busy 2025 already for Zimmer. He completed a new run of live shows in the US back in January and February, is currently touring in Australia and Asia, and announced a sprawling 2025-2026 European tour taking place after “The World of Hans Zimmer – A New Dimension” completes its North American run. His next film score will be for F1, Brad Pitt’s new movie about Formula One racing.
