Hi guys and gals,

Anyone else off to see Sunn 0)) tonight at the Southbank Center or have any advice for maximum enjoyment of what I expect to be a very unique concert going experience?

And yes I do have some decent gig ear protectors

- ear plugs
- get as close as possible to the stage/sound system
- make sure your digestion/guts feel alright before the show
- don't drink too much or the sound could put you over the edge

You're in for a treat. The Sunn 0))) gig I went too when they were with Boris was one of the most amazing and physically demanding shows I've been to. The bass just rides straight thought you. The Royal Festival hall has incredible sound too. I saw Mogwai there around a year ago and it was the loudest thing I have experienced... But without compromising the quality at all.

Definite ear protectors!
