I am looking to order something from them, but I wanted to see if folks here had ordered from them previously.

Nope - no red flags or anything. The album I wanted LITA also had for pre-order but coming in May. Helix had the album coming toward the end of this month. LITA is a known quantity for me, but getting the album earlier is enticing. I ended up going with Helix.
