I occhionero - I'm Italian but i don't really know shops in those cities (expecially in Venezia..)https://it-it.facebook.com/veronarecordshop (this is a facebook page but I've never bought a record in Verona)

In 2,5 hours you could come to Milan- there are some shops (Serendeepity - Psycho- Buscemi for the new - Metropolis dischi o IL discomane for used)
Please note that August is summer time in Italy and some shops are closed on central weeks of august
