hey guys, back in October, I purchased 3 x 10" records for the band Crosses from ShopRadioCast.com. They emailed me immediately and said the order would be delayed until February. then February rolled around and i got another email that said they would be delayed until the end of April. since then, the band has released a full album (at $22) that contains all of the songs that were spanned across these 3 x 10" records (at $45). i have been trying to contact them by phone and email for over a week now. no response to email, and i keep getting a strange voicemail saying "you've reached the voice mailbox of "<unintelligible>"". i have left two messages and have heard nothing back there either. any of you guys ever had dealings with the website before? i would take store credit at this point, i just want a damn response so i can sort this out before they ship the records to me in April. thanks for any input, dudes!

well, damned if they didn't respond and refund my money within 15 minutes of me posting this in the forum. it did take a week for them to get back to me, but they did refund my money with no questions asked, so there's that. now i can use that to pay for me mondo records!

Layne, I stopped ordering from SRC, I would have to wait months before anything shipped, no response from customer support and then when they did they'd say "apologies, we're still waiting for this item blah blah blah" and then I waited another month. I'd ordered records that were supposedly in stock. I gave up ordering from them in the end. There's far far better distros, with far better customer service and better prices. Don't do it maaaaan!

@chuck - yeah, i was worried they would give me store credit and i'd have to go around with the whole thing again, but he refunded my money to my paypal account, so i probably will not be ordering from them again...
