The OST is by Johnny Jewel (Chromatics, Symmetry) and is a stonker. The soundtrack also features a bunch of fun songs inc. New Order, Scott Walker (that awesome track 'The Electrician') and some classical pieces. Here's a strong cut from Jewel's score:

As far as I understand it, this is another soundtrack being released in conjunction with Nicholas Winding Refn - Milan having already done Old Boy and My Life With... therefore it's happening whether we vote or not ;)

And yes that Glass Candy LP is one of the best things on the Italians Do It Better label. Worth grabbing that long player if you like the style of the Digital Versicolor track.

What with Battle Royale and this next year, sounds like Milan has some cool cards up its sleeve...

No firm deets from Milan on what is planned here...but I'm in regardless! Johhny Jewel is credited as composer so I imagine he contributed some original score to this too - has been a while since I saw the flick.

Here's the (deleted) CD with tracklist if that helps, followed by IMDB tracklist:

Dear all,

Yes the release of the Bronson soundtrack is in the work. In CD, digital and 2xLP. No release date confirmed yet.

There is no score in the film. All the music is licensed material. You can be assured that Glass Candy will be on it.

I will let you know when I have more news about release dates...

Best

Probably considered blasphemy around these parts, but I would like to see the pop/electro songs separated from the classical pieces.
I think Bronson has one of the best classical compilation soundtracks ever, but the pop songs just ruin the experience for me.
Getting hit with the Pet shop boys song in the movie and watching the blue-shirt-guy freak out was incredibly funny, but as a standalone listening experience it (And the other pop songs) really isn't.
(And...the thought of that poor hamster)

Then again, Drive and Only god forgives also had the weird (awful imho) pop songs spliced into them....
