Made my way out to the big record store in my area this weekend, came away frustrated as usual. Their shelves for used records are crammed so tight it's a chore to pull stuff out and flip through. Their organization is not great due to their volume and prices keep going up. They were charging $25-30 for records that sell for$10-15 regularly. Had 4 versions of one record with wildly different pricing and no indication of why.

But I walked away with this, even though I over paid it's in pretty damn good condition

I also got my ‚action fix‘ from Varèse today.
Really happy to finally own this, really enjoy the score, think I used to have it on cassette many moons ago.

Got a good deal, and it even came in shrink.

Raw Deal is such a fantastic score. It ends up on the turntable around here a lot.

Ugh, that’s disappointing. Although other than missing out on a chance to hang out I guess it’s good I didn’t make it up,

Solid pull though, cover alone is worth it!

It's my least favorite record shop in the area but it's the most "famous". It's cool to wander around it especially if you've never been to it (it's a big warehouse) but I prefer the smaller intimate shops in the area.

When I finally DO make it up your way for real Ill lean on your advice for sure then haha.

@ink, I got pretty lucky several years back and bagained with a fella on ebay for this and Piranha II, $40 each, both sealed if I remember correctly.

Oh man that's a hell of a deal. Piranha II also on my list. I recently saw a shop on IG selling PII for a little under $40 but they don't do online sales or over the phone, only in person which the shop is no where near me.

It does. In fact, I checked, and I saw that many, many years ago I wrote out my address and checked off a black ROTLD sweatshirt but never ordered.
