Into The Wild

I can't believe the prices lately on Into the Wild. I think it is actually Music on Vinyls biggest selling release ever, they made a ton of them!

Currently revisiting this four flies issue from a couple years ago. The remaster sounds outstanding, and the bonus material on the second disc might actually be better than the original.

My favorite of the three Scattini scores Umiliani did by a huge margin. "Chaser" is one of the best tracks ever.

This Schema reissue looks the part, and I appreciate their effort to make a replica reissue. Sonically it is lacking a little and needs gain on treble and a little bit on the mids to sound decent. Flat EQ sounds muddy and lacks crispness. It could be from length with both sides at or over 20 minutes long.

I'd love to have an original some day but not at these prices (or even a fraction of them).
