These were an eBay special, £14 for the pair - however, cd 2 skips on the very last track so it was marked down. Inlays never opened, discs presumably transferred to the 1/0 vault and never played. The detail in the sleeves is amazing. Kubrick rejected the full main theme, preferring the minimalist on the soundtrack. And most of it was also rejected for being too intense. I bet that went down like a lead balloon!

Was gifted a 90s Bose 6xCD changer/amplifier at the weekend so been digging out the dusty format. Sounds fantastic!

This arrived on vinyl yesterday, but listening to the DL today as I work. Will need to post my most recent vinyl purchases - quite a few, but mainly non - OST.

About halfway through this, and there's some pretty cool stuff. Putting me in the mood for listening to Mary Casio for the millionth time.

Just got this today and am looking forward to putting it on in a few minutes. I do enjoy a bunch of Pemberton's scores. I had this on order from Edsawesomesounds as an LP until he went belly up, and I decided to get the Japanese import for the bonus track.

This has made my day for three reasons B -

1. The CD works okay. Yay!

2. 'Perfect for in the car' I interpret as, you are cruising a seedy neon strip, looking for trouble.

3. The track titles show up on your CD player display! That's awesome sauce :D

Well this freaking bangs.
super funky, jazz funk OST jams with some great squelchy synths, highly recommended!
Two scores on two CDs with nice sprawling bonus out takes.
By mystery composer Baba Hiroshi (I've read aka a young Jun Fukamachi).

OST to "Wolf Guy" and "Burning Man"

@Bez - Your rigs are always top shelf and that handmade is a perfect compliment. Excellent showing.
@ Dollar - Baba Hiroshi is Definitely Jan Fukamachi. NIce pickup.

Stunning. My first car was a 240 sedan. My little brother inherited it and now has a 240 tattoo on his chest.

Quick tangent: I cramped your style and picked up a fat bird for my listening room. Steez.

Thank you, @ScoJo, quite a treat. The lobby cards and fold-out OG film poster are great. Nice work on this project.

Spun out of control wrote: Tue May 21, 2019 6:50 pm Lovely stuff @Deaf... you can never have too much Edda....

(Incidentally, is there much crossover in terms of the albums?)
Hey @Spun, there is some crossover with the Morricone tracks Verushka, Come Maddalena, La Cugina etc., but not too many overall. Most of the albums have 15-20+ tracks in total with a lot of variety.
