Also got this batch of reissues over the last couple of weeks:
a grip of great Media Music: and finally I got these like 2 months ago but forgot to take pics:

In the last few days, I’ve dived pretty deep into the Selected Sound catalog - I can’t believe some of them are so cheap because they all seem pretty solid. That, coupled with how the euro is still almost 1=1 with the dollar, means I have a ton of records coming in the next 3-4 weeks, haha. (I’m sure my wife will be thrilled.)

That telemusic one is great

Yeah the Telemusic was one of the best I got in that batch.

Speaking of batches: thanks to how strong the dollar is against the Euro, I was able to plunge deep into German library stuff in the last two weeks and these all arrived in the last week or so:
(Not pictured: two Selected Sound that arrived so warped that I could have worn them as bucket hats.)


A lot of these were blind buys, but this stuff was all so cheap to add to pricier stuff that I was pretty sure about that I figured I could afford to be a little completist when it came to Happy and Golden Ring, as I’m tending to really dig a lot of those releases.
Finally, a few other odds and ends I got in the last couple of weeks. Got lucky with these two De Wolfe and found them cheap on eBay.

YESSS I am all over that expanded Zoo Folle.

it's been a while since i got a new worth mentioning library record for my collection. been after this for years and it got really hard to find. this is the first Musax release, written by J.C. Pierric and it's so damn good! not really disco, more lounge or old school dirty movie music. so smooth and mellow. i bet the girls on the cover did not stay dressed for too long after hearing this...

since a lot of Musax stuff got reissued, there is a fair chance, this might get a repress, too!

And the release of ZOO FOLLE made my buy some more records!!!! I am so happy I got my turntable working again. It appears I have found a renewed appreciation for spinning records containing glorious sounds!

I'm loving (and laughing at) how the price has dropped on discogs for the original Zoo Folle since the 2lp announcement.

These two just arrived over the weekend from Dusty Groove. The second disc on Zoo Folle was 100% worth buying the album a second time

Blue Sharks is pretty great too, although I prefer the other Album from them to this.

I ordered Zoo Folle from LITA and they haven’t shipped yet, so I’m still waiting on mine.
I got my Blue Sharks a few days ago but haven’t been able to spin it yet.

The last few records I've ordered from LITA didn't ship when they were supposed to so I tend to not order unless it's the only option.

Mine arrived also but I haven't had a chance to spin it yet. Hopefully this weekend.

Sonor is doing a pop up shop at Rappcats in LA. They brought a lot of insane stuff with them. I can't imagine what the prices are on those records.

yeah they are bringing some heaters! Diamonds Four picture cover, Zodiac on Canopo, Prisma sonoro, Cross-Way, Holiday for Flutes, underground mood I gres vol 1, lots of big ones.

Just over here being judged heavily for listening to this new Alessandroni reissue. Holy Basil did a good job on this, very quiet pressing, sounds balanced on my initial listen. Never heard it before, kind of perfect October listening. It's quite creepy and weird at times
