So I've always had a somewhat hit and miss relationship with the man's films and I haven't actually seen Only Lovers left Alive yet but the soundtrack is fucking fantastic.
So off down the rabbit hole I went with the 2 Squrl EPs which are great, the three albums with Josef Van Wissem and the Bad Rabbit stuff from the Limits of Control (cd only alas).
What am I missing? Any more music he's made in this vein? I had a listen to the old del-byzanteens stuff but wasn't that taken.
As far as other soundtracks go I have had since release the dead man and (US and Jap) ghost dog soundtracks. I've been looking for a sensibly priced, definitely non-boot lp of Night on Earth for a long time. I don't think he's actually on any soundtracks until Only Lovers... though so looking at those more on their individual merits.
