They don't seam to have it in stock yet. Is Zavvi only company that sells this record in Europe?
Yes. Here's an excerpt from Enjoy-the-Ride webshop:

"For International buyers, an exclusive Arkham Knight color variant (Limited to 500) will also be available through Zavvi (UK based retailer). The Arkham Knight variant is similar to the batman color variant but with added red & blue splatter."

Fuck! I bought my copy through Enjoy-the-Ride without reading this... it cost twice the price, because of postage...

EDIT: Enjoy-the-Ride has issued a refund. I've just ordered from Zavvi.

Luckily TG is up for taking the extra one, so all is good in the world. Really excited to see what's on this 10"...

And...original poster art! Yay :D

G'ah - sorry @ScoJo - at Spun Towers your Amer homemade gets a regular spin. Pleased to see this getting a release which I presume is legit.

Don't often spin these shiny circles these days (it's all tapes or vinyl over here), but I would argue this is a release too essential to pass up, even if you do have to go to eBay to find copies direct from the label.

Almost jaunty in some places, GhostBox-ian in others. Fitting as Stefano is himself now a ghost. Or so the story goes...

NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD

NOTLD Pack Shot MAILCHIMP.jpg (273.21 KiB) Viewed 3689 times
Original live score to George A.Romero's 1968 zombie classic

• 6-Track LP, 45rpm
• Limited to 500 copies
• Includes digital download card
• 150g Transparent Neon Green Vinyl

MORRICONE YOUTH have been a solid fixture of the NYC music/film scene since forming in 1999, and have composed/re-interpreted and performed over 100 soundtracks live to film screenings.

Beginning a series of vinyl releases by the band, NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD is a superb re-score featuring original compositions by the band (led by DEVON LEVINS, host of WFMUs long-running soundtrack show 'Morricone Island') which range from eerie synth/guitar cues to full-on bangers that recall Fantomas in 'Director's Cut' mode. The album also features a couple of gnarly, synthed-up versions of iconic cues from the original library soundtrack.

To celebrate this release, Ondes Positives' artist Scott Johannsson has created a unique, one-off gatefold sleeve housing a test pressing of the album, featuring hand-cut window panes, 3D lettering, hand-painted effects and elements of the original sleeve art. The first 25 orders received will be entered into a lottery to win this artist edition to go alongside their standard LP.

THE ADVENTURES OF PRINCE ACHMED

PRINCE AHMED MAILCHIMP.jpg (335.64 KiB) Viewed 3689 times
Original live score to Lotte Reineger's 1926 animated masterpiece

• 6-Track LP
• Limited to 500 copies
• Includes digital download card
• 150g Black Vinyl

The second vinyl release by MORRICONE YOUTH is this superb reinterpretation of Lotte Reineger's silhouette animation fairy tale - the first feature length animated film. Their music here is powerful and bewitching, ranging across swooning exotica, twangin' surf and dub-heavy afro-funk - imagine a potent blend of Korla Pandit, Pram, Martin Denny and Mulatu Astatke.

To celebrate this release, Ondes Positives' artist Scott Johannsson has created a unique, one-off gatefold sleeve to house the LP, featuring hand-cut silhouette images based on Lotte Reiniger's designs, glitter effects, a printed acetate window and elements of the original album art. The first 25 orders received will be entered into a lottery to win this alternate sleeve for their record.

Here it comes, a new incredible label totally devoted to Italian libraries and Original Soundtracks, all coming from the golden age of the 70s. Issued in glorious 180 grams vinyl LPs, fully remastered (and thick cardboard covers too) deluxe edition of 500 hand-numbered copies.
Please, note that they are available in bundle and super-limited coloured vinyl edition!
If I understand this correctly:
200 on coloured vinyl
300 on black vinyl
Sold separately or in a bundle.

So happy with these releases. I just passed on an Easy Tempo release for Femmine Insaziabili. And the Dagored release of Giornata Nera Per L'Ariete is also hard to get.

Against all odds (it was trailered as a YA film with some post-apocalyptic elements - euch!) I was dragged along to this by a friend and his daughter, and I really enjoyed it! First of all, it's pretty gnarly in parts (which I hadn't expected) and generally really well acted, interesting script, great fx etc - but most of all it's got an awesome atmosphere that really throws back to a kind of BBC/John Wyndham Brit sci-fi vibe which I love, and this film has it in spades. PLUS much of it was filmed in my city (Birmingham UK) standing in for London. Good fun!

And anyway...on point: the score is freakin AMAZING. So so so good, I can totes get why someone like DW would jump on this. And in the cinema it was cranked so fuckin loud, like REALLY fuckin, don't know whether it was just my cinema but man - probably the most aggressive sound mix Ive heard in a long while.

Anyhoo - SJ gives this a HUGE thumbs up, I strongly recommend it to y'all.

Did not see anyone post about this:

http://italiansdoitbetter.bigcartel.com/product/drive
http://modern-vinyl.com/2016/09/19/driv ... -pressing/

[quote]/The first four tracks of the Drive soundtrack — Kavinsky/Lovefoxx, Desire, College/Electric Youth, Chromatics — are getting pressed on a 12″ record through Italians Do It Better. The pressing is limited to 3,000 copies on “180 Gram Ultra Clear Vinyl Dipped In Driver’s Blood” vinyl, while housed in new artwork. You’ll also get a poster.

Music is cut at 45 RPM for the first time.

Kavinsky & Lovefoxx “Nightcall” (4:17)
Desire “Under Your Spell” (4:57)
College & Electric Youth “A Real Hero” (4:27)
Chromatics “Tick Of The Clock” (4:47)

I received the Drive 12" from Italians already.

Looks and sounds amazing.
Also Under Your Spell is a different version than the LP version, didn't notice a difference in the other tracks.
