Imho they are really scraping the bottom of the Goblin RSD barrel now. Another one where the film soundtrack consisted of existing tracks from other albums?! At least with Wampyr there are a few original tunes too.

The film is Bruno Mattei and mad and fun btw Static!

I checked the track list later and realized it was all alt takes from existing scores. So it feels kind of pointless, definite skip for me

I skimmed a bit of the RSD release, was just screen caps so I didn't look at it too hard but I noticed that Varese is releasing a 2LP version of The Serpent & the Rainbow

The Rock-afire Explosion is a perfect release for Terror Vision. I believe Showbiz Pizza had 45s that you could purchase in their restaurants way back of some of the songs that were played. I'll have to pick one up on the resale market so hopefully the flip price isn't too expensive it's tough for me to get out on RSD because of my work schedule.

I imagine there will be plenty and you'll be able to pick up direct from TV on their website after RSD. They tend to put their extras up

@inks- thanks I didn't know TV would put extra RSD releases on their site I'll check it out that following week after they officially go out to the stores. For the most part I can get the RSD soundtracks I want without paying too much over the store cost on Discogs after they've been released. I don't think that's going to be the case with The Serpent and the Rainbow.

I'm not entirely sure if this will be the case on this one but they have definitely done it in the past. This one is a joint release with Ish (Justin Ishmael) so I'm not sure if it will be handled exactly the same as previous stuff. I have found Varese RSD releases to be a challenge, none of my local shops get more than a few which go fast and then I struggle to find them online for a reasonable price. I still don't own the new Blue Velvet bc I'm not paying $50+ for that one

If I see any RSD stuff posted online I'll drop links in here

@inks- sounds good and same here with my local record shops I'll usually call them on RSD and ask if they have the titles that I want and for the most part they never get them in the first place or they get one and it's usually gone in the first hour after the store opens.

I am not familiar with a lot of the music on here but honestly looks like a fun comp. Unfortunately I don't think it looks like it's $72 worth of fun
There is a 2LP on black vinyl at $46 USD which is not exactly a deal either, but yeah. I'm also interested though based on the tracklist.

It's weird both listings only have 1lp worth of track list on the write up but if you look at the back of the jackets they are clearly 2lps with more tracks
