I love this film. It's one of Fulci's nastiest, it can be a little annoying depending on if you are bothered by the killers "quirk". But the violence is classic Fulci and it's probably one of the last films that he had a decent budget to work with. Plus a giallo in NY is fun.

@Bez: You could do a double feature of this and Maniac - you‘ll probably need a good shower after all that nastiness but I guess that double bill would be quite an experience. ;-)

Candyman

One of the few remakes I’m actually really looking forward to. I doubt the score will be better than this though.

Morricone 17/25

When looking for more info about this movie and score I read that Robert O Ragland composed the score and that Morricone was billed as composer of additional music. But when I read the liner notes contained on the CD with the same music as this LP it states it is the other way around :-)
The movie is not highly regarded in any case... The score I am listening to now is not bad at all.

I think it's still easy to find.

Morricone 18/25

This release contains I Cannibali on the B-side. In 2019 Spikerot Records released that full score on a 2LP.
Sonny & Jed a.k.a. La banda J. & S. - Cronaca criminale del Far-West has only been released as the A-side of this Cerberus release. There is a CAM 7" from 1972 with two songs. I think those two songs are the same as that are on this release which adds another 3 extra tracks.
Excellent tracks by the way :-)

I have a moving box full of Morricone records, and since he passed I think I've seen pictures of another moving box full of Morricone records I've never heard before. It's crazy how prolific he was, and how much got pressed on wax!

I agree. And a lot of records you can get cheap because people don’t know the movie or TV show but do contain some excellent music.
