Proving to be very engaging even on repeated listens, and in parts quite intense with mechanical-sounding rhythms. Creeping ambiance throughout, with odd and interesting electronic sounds. The main theme is so ingrained in my (our?) consciousness it could be some kind of fraternal anthem. It shows up in some excellent mixes on this album. Also, the overall art design with the reflective sleeve and colored vinyl all looks great together. In total, one of the most enjoyable for me this year. Black vinyl and sleeve notes always seem to be desired, but you could also listen to a full podcast interview with Brad Fiedel online. Thank you, Milan and DFC crew for the interview.

Currently sharing the mellow sounds (ha!) of The Fragile with the entire block while I do a little light reading of the picture books I got for Christmas. Fun to see some of the library records I have in here while I fantasize about the ones I probably won't ever get my hands on!

It'll be nice to get a Fragile reissue next year. This copy is well loved. And Broken! One of the few I don't have. Maybe he'll press some more copies of Girl With A Dragon Tattoo, I still need that one.

@tim - Nice, I am interested in how they are going to try and put a bow on this story. Having been waiting for another book for ages now, its an odd experience seeing it now told on the screen. Also, the music is enjoyable. I have tickets for the live concert with Ramin Djawadi in April. Looking forward to that.

Still looking back on 2016 though. :)
