I haven't done much research myself, but reading elsewhere it seems that there may in fact be unreleased material on this record. Or not. Only time will tell and it only cost me $20US to find out so I'll report back when I have it in hand.
Maybe best to avoid if youre a full on audiophile.
Like many, I have that 'just need to have that on wax' thing which has to be sated, and i guess thats what labels like Doxy prey on.
That said I have a bunch of them which im thrilled to have in my collection, that are all highly listenable: Last Year at Marienbad, Cinema du Gainsbourg, Delerue/Truffaut...all quite obvs straight ports from old CD issue.
I guess it depends just how fussy you are on sound, and your individual moral compass regarding rights etc ;)
I dont own a single CD btw, but if I did then i would surely just stick with those original releases on disc as there'd be no point owning on wax. Thats my particular rational anyhoo!
Regarding upcoming releases however, Im excited about the Mingus Shadows OST, though again it almost certainly is just a ragtag collection of pieces that are out there digitally, which are connected to Mingus complicated association with the film.

I got a shipping notice more than a week ago, but my tracking URL has it still in Shipping Label Printed. I sent email to them but haven't gotten an answer yet.THD aren't always the speediest ponies in the gate, Red, but they get it done properly. Nothing save good experiences here as well.

I just put in a second order with them -- ordered the Sodium Party cassette -- and I was hoping that I wasn't just sending money to the wind.

I ordered it, for better or worse, with the People Under the Stairs OST CD. Better because I'll get to hear the PUtS score soon. Worse because OWS will probably release it eventually with extra cues and a limited 7" of radio spots, and I'll end up buying that and regretting that I spent money on the CD version. But, hey, it won't be the first time I've looked at my music-buying habits with a sense of self-disgust!
Oh, and our own Bandcamp sales will be going live later today (Friday) so will give the heads up here on that too.
