I ended up buying a new sub but they didn't reply to me for almost 2 weeks and said thanks we'll ship it tomorrow and never shipped anything. I also have a bunch of cassettes they are supposed to ship with it but who knows if that will even happen. They also still owe me stuff from sub 2 like my TP and "extras" which I'm sure I'll never get
