I picked up this CD and been playing it in my car. It’s a not bad comp but one song definitely sticks out.

song 6 Claustrophoby by Pino Donaggio from Body Double does anybody know anything about this score? I tried looking into it looks like there was no LP release just a CD that is pretty expensive. I would love to hear more tracks. If anyone has some more info on this score I would much appreciate it

Yeah the main cut from body double is out of control excellent, I assume this track is the same usually known as telescope. It’s something else

Just listened to Telescope on YouTube and it is a different track. I then looked at the track listing on the CD of Body Double and there a 2 tracks with Claustrophobia in their title but nothing with Claustrophoby. Looks like the CD was released in 2017 or so but the comp I bought had a date of 1999 so I guess it must of been renamed.

That's a cracking comp Pete, I have the vinyl :) It's a rerecording from 98 but its damn good. That's where the version of that track Claustrophoby comes from, slightly diff to the track Claustrophobia from the actual score, which was released on CD by Intrada I think?

Yep, the entire compilation was re-recorded in 1989. Here's the Intrada CD which features the full film score - getting a bit pricey these days, you can hear the whole thing below :)

Finally got around to listing to this. Man Pino is so good. I don’t know why this album isn’t more popular. This needs to be put on wax. Before this I’ve listened to Tourist Trap, Don’t Look Now and Carrie. Any other scores I should check out?
