Much better thanks Ben, I was out on my bike today for first time. Still some pain and swelling but def just a sprain, nothing more serious (amazingly! I still can’t believe that was my foot!)

Catching up with the board after I was busy quite busy with lots of stuff. Good to hear your foot is better @ScoJo - it did look pretty rough and it must have been quite painful.
