This is sad news but it's been a week of wondering when it'll be over. Addiction sucks. I almost lost my brother to it and I'm thankful everyday he pulled through the other side but that lingering feeling that anything could send him down that spiral is fucking scary.
I have a lot of great memories blasting It's Dark and Hell Is Hot on a portable boom box while skateboarding for hours on end.

DMX came up right at the dawn of a new era. I remember his being the first CD I ever successfully burned using a gigantic external CD write drive.
