We are currently watching S2 of OA, which is pretty great if slightly confusing. But in a recent episode the investigating detective told his friend a joke which was “what did the sexy brown chicken say to the sexy brown cow?” And the answer was “brown chicken brown cow” as in, bow chikka wow wow the popular porn phrase. The question is, where does this phrase come from, is it generic or a specific? It’s obviously a jazz-funk bass lick.
