Bez, there are eight beers in that picture I've never even seen stateside. So envious of you these days my dude.

I am guessing the four you have seen are:
Maredsous 10
St. Bernardus Tripel
Omer
Straffe Hendrik or Sloeber...

La Veilie Salme and that Alvinne Moenreye belong to the best beers I have ever had. Really good.

This one is also terrific but completely different: Cuvee Clarisse

Bez, you nailed the first two and sloeber. The fourth is Vlaamsche Leeuw and, upon closer inspection, that La Vieille looks awfully familiar as well.

I just became a father last week and am very, very happy.

Less spinning/watching/drinking time but guess I will enjoy those times even more when possible. I am for sure enjoying this little Belgian fellow while our daughter is sleeping.

Congrats Chris,

I currently have a 2.5 yr old on pacifier cold turkey and a teething 5 month old. My very own daughters of darkness :D it's all worth it though.

And thanks to this thread a managed to pour myself a saison Dupont. Excuse the French but it tasted really fucking good! ;)

Ugh. Just got back from a semi-local Oktoberfest a few hours away in a little Bavarian-inspired village in the mountains. I had fun. Lots of it. I can barely look at this thread right now.
