Hi guys!

Tomorrow I will be going to London for Secret Cinema's : The Empire Strikes Back!
Super excited! Anyone else going? Or did you go before?

Was wondering, since I've got a few hours to kill before the event, wich recordshops in London (central) I should visit?!
The plan was to visit Spencer at the Transmission shop (unless he's at Mondo HQ) , but that seems a bit outside the rebel-base for me.
But I am planning to go sometime in the next month(s) as part of a roadtrip. Or is it possible to do in a short amount of time?

Any tips? Thnx Guys!

Transmission isn't open until 31st October and it's in Margate which is outside London.
In central London Reckless Records, Sounds of the Universe and Sister Ray are worth a visit on Berwick Street in Soho. Reckless is second hand and is worth a dig. The soundtrack section is not particularly large though. Sister Ray is primarily new stuff but they do have a very well stocked soundtrack section. Sounds of the Universe is primarily soul and dance stuff but does have some soundtracks (I saw Phantasm in there this week).
On nearby Poland Street there's also Phonica Records which is mostly dance stuff.
Oxford Circus tube is the nearest tube stop for those.
If you want to have a dusty dig there's Music & Video Exchanges in both Notting Hill (Notting Hill tube) and Greenwich ( Cutty Sark DLR).
They have loads of second hand records of varying quality but bargains can be found.

Flashback Records is really good if your looking for just music. They have a limited OST section downstairs but the place itself is great and i always come out with a few good finds.
