I know what the description says but what are people's personal experience with buying vg rated items?

Personally I've always avoided but recently found a stars of the lid album to cheap to pass. Turns out to be perfect. Quiet clean and tidy with slight wear on the sleeve. Was very suprised

I'm usually hesitant with VG as im afraid of a lotof snap, crackles and pops but you are right, sometimes a VG simply needs a good cleaning and voila! That vinyl goes from VG to VG++ to NM! Sometimes its def worth the risk.

A friend of mine collects old northern soul 7''. Mint version prices go through the roof so he almost always buys vg and actually was always happy with that...

I've had VGs that have been pretty much perfect but others that look like a cat has been sleeping on them!
