Just read that series 2 of Utopia will be the last.
Gawd dammit! Channel 4 need their heads examining...
At least we have the Silva Screen 2xLP just released.

Nooooooooooo, we'll never know how the story ends. We need at least a movie to wrap up the story.

That sucks big time. It was some of the best tv I've seen in ages.
I guess the ending was alright, you know... "can't beat them" kind of thing, but yeah I would have loved to see how the story developed from there.
On another note, I still haven't received my 2LP from New On Vinyl

Also read that David Fincher is re-making Utopia for the US audience... as if it needs a re-make.
So may yet 'live on' in another shape or form.
Seems a short-sighted decision anyway.

Dark sick and twisted, with a gripping story and unmissable tv. I can see why you would cancel it!
American audiences shouldn't be denied the original, no need to remake this one. Would be like remaking breaking bad or the wire.
