So... this all synths blazing, hand customised, hand numbered, ltd to 60 units worldwide cassette will drop March 4 ;)

'Press release' as follows:

A bloody tale of murder & revenge told via the medium of piano stabs and blazing synths, Repeated Viewing's latest dynamic score, the 2nd release for new London label Spun Out Of Control, is inspired by the Italian cop dramas - or 'Poliziotteschi' - of the 1970s and 1980s.

‘Street Force’ is presented as a custom made tape shell with exclusive red & black swirl 'Blood On The Streets' colour way, limited to 60 hand-numbered copies worldwide. Download card included. Cover and design by Eric Adrian Lee.

About Street Force:
Street Force (1983) marked the directorial debut of Paulo Luggerizi Jr, son of the notorious Italian auteur Paulo Luggerizi. Shot in New York during the winter months of 1982 the film cashed in on the influx of ultra-violent vigilante and revenge movies seeping their way into the grindhouse cinema circuit. Little is known about the movie but reviews at the time of its release were less than favourable, deriding it as an excessively brutal, poorly made hamfest.

The film was quickly consigned to the darkest corner of the distributor’s warehouse but the recently unearthed soundtrack by Repeated Viewing, featuring a down-on-his-luck Alessandro Cassini playing piano on the opening track, provides an audio document of the blood splattered sidewalks and alleyways depicted in the movie. Previously unreleased, it is presented here for the first time re-mastered and with additional instrumentation by the composer – JUSTICE OR DEATH!

Hi @Mateo - I think THD sold out in under a half hour, we sold out ours in a couple of hours on Bandcamp, Shipping Records in under an hour... seems this was a popular one ;)

DM me if you missed out.

Last copies anywhere in the world are now up on Transmission!

Thanks to everyone who picked this up. Will have news of our third release in due course.

Meantime, a few copies of the gorgeous Sodium Party colour split tape still up on our Bandcamp (or Transmission or Two Headed Dog), and of course there's the digital version of Street Force too.

Many thanks to everyone who picked up Repeated Viewing's Street Force last week and quickly made it a sell out... ;)

Whilst I'm not one for blowing my own trumpet, will happily do that on behalf of the artists...

So, on that note just wanted to share this amazing 10/10 review of the Steve Nolan Sodium Party tape from Starburst magazine no less..

Big, big thanks to Nick who I know also posts on STBC occasionally!

@thenuthouse... cheers, I know as a journalist you'd only say it if you meant it which makes it all the cooler... ;)

Looking ahead to our next scheduled release (once we've wrestled the tapes from the supplier where we're in the last stages apparently) have stuck some more sample tracks up on Soundcloud from Bryce Miller for his City Depths score. Different again from Repeated Viewing & Steve Nolan, but I think (and hope) fans of the tapes so far will dig this equally:

The Bryce Miller - City Depths samples sound really good, Spun. Relaxing and engaging. Good early morning (or late night) listening.

Repeated Viewing.... 'Street Force' tape re-loaded!!

For those who have asked (or were upset to miss the first batch) we're doing ltd 2nd run of Repeated Viewing's Street Force imagined score on cassette tape...

Eric Lee has gone back to the artwork to create more of an old school VHS box type design this time around, whilst the cassette will also have a different dual colour treatment that we're calling 'machete split' (just 'cos it sounds cool). ;)

Pre-orders up on the Bandcamp page now:
https://spunoutofcontrol.bandcamp.com/a ... reet-force

Hope to have on or around May 13th to ship.

Slightly different line up of tracks on this and our custom tape/s.

Meanwhile here's a peek at our long-awaited next one out of the stocks. On sale date TBA:
