@monsterworship Sounds awesome! How do the test pressings differ from this actual release? Were they rejected due to pressing problems?

Great to finally see the album being released. The full sleeve artwork looks excellent.

Not necessarily pressing problems, the problems were sound issues in the lacquers.

The history:

1) original lacquers cut by Rainbo Records. test pressing had major sound/static issues on side B.
They were not helpful in offering a solution.
2) Just to be safe I paid to have both sides recut by Aardvark, even approved a sample reference acetate before it went off to plating.
New test pressings issued, originally issue went a way, new random issues appeared on B side.
Recut lacquers and new plate for Side B and approved.
Its been a year to sort it all out to this point.

So 3 TP exists:
Rainbo test press 1 (rejected, Sold at mondo con last year)
Rainbo test press 2 (rejected)
Rainbo test press 3 (b side only, with blank A side)

Just placed my order, I have the dodgy test pressing and did enjoy that.

Chad, I added a note to my order but no idea of it will come through on your end...you offered me a replacement barn jacket ages ago on this thread as mine was split, if that's still possible could you chuck it in with this when it ships (order #2056).

Wanted to offer up a big public "thank you" to Chad. I got my copy of "Frozen Existence" today, and it had a decent warp. After a quick, no-fuss email exchange, I'll have a replacement heading my way tomorrow. Excellent customer service for excellent releases! Buy direct!

@monsterworship sent an email over to you.. Got my copy of 'Frozen Existence' in and the post office does what they do best, it came damaged. The mailer was ripped open, bent and of course the sleeve suffered damage as well. Hoping there's a way to get a replacement?? So bummed.

Black still available from One Way Static in Europe and LITA in the USA.

Our next release (LP/CS/CD) is complete and in transit.
Announcement next week, have to get stuff together, surprisingly the vinyl was done a month early ;o that's something you don't hear everyday.
