Mishima is something else, just scored a copy of that before the holidays.

I would also love for Chu Ishikawa's soundtracks to come out on vinyl, I've got the CD box set but I would very much love it on some hard analog plastic. I've also got the CD and vinyl of Hausu but considering my obsession with that film buying another copy or two is really not out of the question.

The ones I'd personally love? Aerobicide (which I know is never going to happen, really) and Damon Albarn/Michael Nyman's brilliant score for Ravenous. This NEEDS a vinyl release.

Also, since Nekromantik is coming out, how about Der Todesking or Schramm next?

I literally just came here to post the exact same thing. Dying for someone to release this soundtrack - one of my favourites of the 1990s.

Oh, and I forgot to mention this, one of my favourite movie scores ever.

Another vote for Aerobicide. Actually, a Killer Workout/Death Spa split would RULE

It would be great to see an official release of George Deaton's very underrated score (and original music) from the original Toolbox Murders.

@EvanCampbel - We are planning a vinyl release of The Dead Zone at some point. It is in the Milan catalogue.

Don't know how well it would fit in with the label but I am desperate to see the Phantasm score reissued, would also love to see the subsequent pt 2-4 scores well, I know Silva Screen did a combo Phantasm I+II and I'd flip seeing something like that on wax...

I believe Waxwork is trying to get a phantasm reissue going. Not sure if will happen though.

Thanks for the heads up, gonna have to stalk WW's pages... Any idea what the problem is out of curiosity? Don't see rights being crazy but don't know about the masters or anything as I've not seen much mention of the soundtrack actually. I picked up the CD maybe 15 years ago but someone took it along with all of my other CDs after my mother kicked me out of the house and told people from the neighborhood they could "take what they wanted from my room" my senior year of high school. It was the soundtrack that started my obsession with scores/soundtracks but I can't pony up like 50 bucks plus for a CD out of principal... Hoping I see an official reissue - and I'd love to get me greasy mitts on any of the other 3 OSTs which I don't think have seen any kind of release outside of the limited offering from pt 2 on that Silva Screen combo CD.

Beyond the darkness, from the original master tape, mastered and cut without any compression or EQ changes (so it would sound "new").

There is an excellant psychomania LP release from Trunk records that you can find for a reasonable price.

The cd is also still in print.

I agree with some others in this thread: The Taint should be pressed up. That movie was a mindfuck of tongue-in-cheek depravity and the soundtrack was great!

I can't remember if it was DEATH WALTZ or ONE WAY STATIC, but they tried to get the rights for PSYCHOMANIA form Trunk. Trunk saw no point in another release when he'd only released it a few years before. So little chance of seeing that at this stage, unless Trunk decides to release it again himself.

I would love for the scores from "Madman", "The Final Terror", and "Southern Comfort" to be released.

Would definitely love to see In The Mouth Of Madness get a proper release on wax, always loved that score!
And that was Charles Bernstein that did The Entity I believe - along with Phantasm it's one of those scores I'd been looking forever for, Intrada did a pretty limited CD release that I missed but it's at least 40 bucks on the second hand market and I just don't have that kind of money these days, would definitely like to see The Entity released in anyway shape or form one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard for synth horror!
