Looks like this is the artwork for the forthcoming full-length release that will initially be released at MondoCon2016. I'm generally lukewarm on the (obviously talented) Ghoulish Gary's covers, but I love what he did with this one here.

Love it, love Gary too. I picked up a few prints from him last year and he was by far one of the chillest, most down to earth nice guys i've ever met. His Philes print has a place of honor in the kitchen :)

It reminds me a bit of the William Lustig print he did which was also very cool.
