I have zero knowledge about mondo posters but many one here do.
I received these two Halloween posters at a screening years ago.
I was looking to probably sell them. I just did a search on ebay and saw one going for almost 1200.00.
Can anyone tell me if that is a realistic going rate or someone dreaming.
Any input would be appreciated.

Cool! Send me one hahaha. ;)

I recommend registering on EspressoBeans and checking the Want List tab for this print. You'll likely find some eager buyers as this poster seems to be a popular one. I am copying the sales history here. $1200 seems ambitious but you could always pop it up on eBay and see what happens. Based on the sales history chart $800-$1000 seems like a distinct possibility.

Evan,

This is hands down my favorite poster they have ever done, and have long awaited the time i can pull the trigger on the version with the orange leaves. the original was for a benefit and was priced at $500 which is why the resale prices on that one are so high.

DO not under price it, You'll be doing yourself a disservice. That being said, if you wanted to send one to me for like fifty bucks, I wouldn't say no haha. Seriously though, you've got some expensive art there my friend, more power to you.

@Hatter313 - Yeah I believe it was for a Debra hill benefit. Carpenter was there and did his patented, disinterested thing that I really love. I also remember getting into a huge argument prior to the event with my girlfriend and having to pretend life was good. I had three of these posters at the time but gave one away, and just tubed the others and forgot about them. The poster has grown on me. I remember not digging it too much at the time but do really appreciate the style now.

I just opened my Men In Black LP from Mondo and I am a bit disappointed! It should be a grey with black splatter variant, but mine is plain grey. Anybody else who has this variant and can confirm this?

I don't have this score, Occhionero, but the Discogs listing for your variant is silver not grey, with or without splatter. Enjoy The Ride is the label who put it out and they have black with "galaxy splatter" available on their site for $19.xxUS here :https://enjoytheriderecords.com/collect ... 013-etr068. Either ETR asked for splatter and got plain silver or or Mondo conflated the two variants and caused a typo. Either way, I'm sure you could send it back. Hope that helped.

Every time I buy a Mondo release I get all excited by at least one "coming soon" title on the LP label. Only to be disappointed 6-12 months later and not a single word on when it's actually coming....

It's been like that since the early days of DWRC... still waiting for Seven Notes in Black. ;)

Does anyone know if BILL & TED'S EXCELLENT ADVENTURE will have a Mondo Cat.no.? I would buy this soundtrack only for completist reasons, but in case it has an Rusted Wave Records cat.no. I would pass.

Would at least having the Mondo logo count?

ROxy from Mondo stated that Bill andere Ted will be part of the Mondo catalogue.

That read it was too late to order as it was sold out within 10 minutes!

They announced there will be further pressings so not to fret.
