I was told this winter at some point. But they haven't even finished the art yet apparently for any version of it (there will be a Death Waltz version and another on a US label). My guess is sometime in the first quarter of 2014.

I'm a big fan of Umberto's first couple of albums, but I just found nothing interesting at all about these tracks. The Chariots track annoyed the hell out of me actually, I couldn't wait for it to end.

Looks like the upcoming releases have hit some snags and will be delayed.

"Just a quick update on forthcoming releases.

Due to us having bespoke sleeves manufactured for all DWRC releases going forward, production have hit some minor delays as this is the first time they have worked with this type of record jacket.

We wanted to get it absolutely right so unfortunately both New York Ripper and Room 237 have new mail order / in-store release dates & are as follows…

28th November (UK / Europe / ROW )

5th Dec USA / Canada

(In store dates around two weeks after)

Assault will be out before christmas then we’ll be having a break over the holiday period readying some absolutely monster releases.

If you ordered a forthcoming new release but also had in stock items in the same order please note your items will all ship together.

Spencer - I saw a picture of the new full sleeve for Escape From New York on Instagram, and then last night saw the new sleeve for Prince of Darkness (which looks great btw). Did DW01-06 all get the new sleeve treatment, and will all of the new sleeves be up for sale for those of us who already own one or more copies of these releases? I know you mentioned it earlier for EFNY, but not sure if you meant all of them. I'm really looking forward to seeing the new sleeve for Zombi, I might even just buy the record again since I don't have the newer red pressing.

Is it my imagination or was there talk of a flexi disc coming out for the Frizzi gig when tickets were first released?

Does anyone else remember that? Did I miss out or did the massive Death Waltz workload simply (understandably) scupper that plan?

Yes, Flexi mentioned in the advert for the concert. Haven't seen anyone talk about it, so presume it didn't happen

They weren't ready in time for gig. We had to fill out a preprinted postcard with our addresses and leave behind merchandise counter .

@Purplemule74 The most frustrating part about Beyond the Black Rainbow is that Jeremy finished the entire thing ages and ages ago for a proper release, or at least the actual audio of it. It was actually supposed to come out last winter but never materialized. But good things come to those who wait...

Any one happen to know if any stores any where have any copies left of the Death Waltz cassettes? I have a friend that helps me out a lot on getting vinyl, and he would like a set of the cassettes...so I was hoping to help him out and find a set of the 4. I know it's been long passed, but it seemed like there were a lot of copies made...so I'm hoping maybe some where a store perhaps still has some? I never saw them go up for sale at LITA or on the DW site...is that still a possibility in the works?

My guess is that Spencer just hasn't gotten around to posting them on the site yet. He said he had 1000 leftovers a couple of weeks ago.

The leftover cassettes were left at LITA before Spencer left LA. They will be available there at some point.

Yeah, LITA hasn't posted them for sale, but they are getting out to local stores. My local shop said they have them on order from LITA, so I guess they offered them to shops before putting them online. I already ordered them from Mount Analog, but now I'm waiting on the shirt I ordered to come back in stock in a week or two, so I will probably grab another copy of Assault, cause I can't wait to hear it!
