It's an exclusive screen print for those that subscribed, each release in the subscription comes with one. It's printed on rigid card with a kind of cut fold in the middle so it fits into the outer poly bag the record comes in.
Screen print is by holy mountain screen printing. They have all been pretty awesome prints so far, plus subbers also got the slipmatt pictured also.

Beautiful! I just bought one, after 45 days arrived with heat warp. Three Italy boxes in a row with badly wavy polyethylene plastic (does not usually get wavy) two of three discs warped. I recommend only very fast 2-3 day shipping. Either they are UV treating boxes, or these are sitting in hot warehouses or in the sun. I'm super glad the Metti was warped and not the Alex Serra although that's €70 I'll never get back.
