Apologies for the confusion. Yes you are right, vol 1 and 2 are comps, of De Roubaix OSTs. But, I think vol 3 doesn't follow suit.

4 is a pretty mixed bag so far. Some really amazing songs, some stuff that’s goofy and schticky as hell (I’m only halfway through it as of this post).

I still can’t believe how much I enjoy every MP2000 I buy. Almost every record is 80% great stuff (minimum).

That Blackwell (Nilovic) 10” is a great little record. I’m just realizing that parts of this record are also on the Andy Loore “evasion” LP as well.

I’m depressed at how much I *love* the April Orchestra because i worry that it’s going to become a rather expensive new obsession. and I’m trying to slow down!

alas, I finally got a Patchwork I didn’t love. It’s not a terrible record but it isn’t really my thing. Kinda schmaltzy, overly sentimental.

Received these fine records today, they were free copies offered to me because of jacket damage. Cycle 1 is really fucked up, I can't believe the record doesn't have a giant chunk out it. The second one just has a minor cosmetic damage. I don't care, the records are pristine and these OST's are pretty damn good.

haha, I’ll take that as a compliment.

In fact, I’m feeling pretty charmed today because even though it’s a national holiday, the mailman still left me these gems tonight! Pretty sure there wasn’t supposed to be mail delivery today, and yet:
