Indeed! I wanted one with the 7" and an LA friend offered to pick up this variant at the show for me. How could I resist?

@334578 - Gonna need more pictures than that, I'm afraid.

@Bez - DUDE!! Ferk ding blast! What a friggin' haul!! I take back my jealousy from the Now Playing thread and reapply it here tenfold. In the face of all this...what is the point of me?

@mateo -

Yep, I'm also throwing my hand down. Nothing but a high pair.

Ben, many treasures in that huge stack. Well done! I have a feeling I need to hear Orca. That is one I still have not tracked down. Also, what is that Gun Fight album? I'm guessing it's not the 1961 western film.

@334578rpm - Box of Souls just landed here as well, and I'm starting a staycation on Friday for two weeks, so will have plenty of free time to start diving into that madness.

I also have a few new digital albums to check out:

Gun Fight is winding me up pretty good right now.
Gun Fight is not what you think. Or actually I might be exactly what you think.
I'll post more pictures and info about it around the end of the week. It is from 1969 and on red wax.

Thanks all for the responses. I did not buy a lot of records this year. Like ten or so between January and September. Last six weeks I went all out. More is coming.
I love posting these pictures because it gives me an excuse to lay them all on a table and feel the power of the obi. Gotta love the obi.

@ Deaf That Orca is fantastic.
@ Texas: I did not have any copy of the Fly so very happy with this one. And Citta is fantastic. Unfortunately not the original from 1971 but a re-issue from 1974. That score btw is superb.

@334578 Thanks for those pictures. Looks like an epic box.

Spent a long lunch flipping through 25¢ bulk 45s and settled on these 25. Some decent tracks, James Brown Mother Popcorn, Honky Tonk 1/2, and The Scratch, Booker T Green Onions, Getz/Gilberto Girl from Ipanema, the Ronettes, Little Anthony & the Imperials, The Skyliners, The Uniques, The Royalettes, The Newbeats, The Cookies, Baby Cortez 'Getting Right', Sonny Knight, Betty Everett, Close Encounters theme and even a silly Popples story+7" Christmas thing.

@texas - Nice lunch break haul! I'm positive that my dad tossed out my hard-earned copy of that Sweet Child O' Mine 45 back when I was 12 or 13 years old. I had secretly bought it and snuck it into my bedroom. Also, my sister was way into those Popples things. Life as a kid in the 80's.
